INNER VISIONSは近年、ハウスミュージックをはじめ様々なクラブシーンで認知されている。

INNER VISIONS label is recognized in various club scenes, including house music recently.

 

Ameを筆頭にTokyo Black Star、Henrik Schwarz、Marcus Worgull等が沢山の

魅力的な楽曲を発表しているとてもカッコいいレーベルです！

片付けをしていたら出てきた昔の懐かしいビデオテープ。
When I was putting a room in order, I found a good old video tape.

Jeff millsファンにもお馴染み「METROPOLIS」
“METROPOLIS” is familiar for fans of Jeff Mills too.

動きが独特「FANTSTIC PLANET」
“FANTSTIC PLANET” is a unique movie.

NHK好きにはたまらない「THE WAY THINGS GO」
“THE WAY THINGS GO” which is joyful for NHK’s fan.

外装も内容も「GONZの手作りビデオ」
As for “the handicraft video of GONZ”, he makes decoration and contents.

でも、昔の「KRAFTWERK live」は見つからず…。
But “KRAFTWERK live” was not found.

APMT

先日、横浜で開催された「APMT」。
様々なジャンルのアーティスト達がスピーカーとして参加し、
作品を映写しながら説明してくれるというもの。
“APMT” was held in Yokohama last Saturday.
The artists of various genres spoke and explained about their art
while projecting the work on the screen.

それぞれのスタイルやルーツ、ビジネスと非ビジネス活動の話、等々
とても興味深く、普段、僕たちの知る事のない裏側に触れる事ができました。
The artists talked about their own style, roots, and “business
production and non-business production”.
I listened to a story from behind-the-scenes that we did not know and
it was interesting.

普段、作品を通じてアプローチするアーティストが、そのスタイルや考えを文字言語化し、
発表するという行為は、とても興味深いもの。
作品の楽しみ方もよりいっそう広がるね。
Artists usually express with a work of art, but it is interesting that
they make the style and thought into language, to announce.
Pleasure for the art spread.

で、第３回目となる今回の参加アーティストは、鹿野護さんや、全日本タイポ組合。
そして、TOMOKAZU MATSUYAMAことmatzuさん！
Participation artists of the third “APMT” are Mamoru Shikano,
dainippon type organization. And TOMOKAZU MATSUYAMA a.k.a matzu!

matzuさんとは、NYで会って以来、２ヶ月ぶりの再会である。
彼は、自分の作品の話や自分のルーツから現在に至るまで分かりやすく説明していました。
作ってる作品、超難しいくせに(笑)！
I met matzu again after an interval of two months.
He explained the story of one’s work and one’s roots in the present
very intelligently.
The drawing in the work is super difficult!

以前から感じてけど、彼との会話おいて、作品に対する考えや説明がとても
分かりやすいのだ。
沸き立つ感情表現を作品にしているアーティストは、理路整然と自分の考えを
文字言語化するのもうまいんだな、と。
I always thought.
In conversation with him, a thought for his work and explanation are very plain.
The artist who makes emotional display in an uproar at a work is good
at making one’s thoughts into logical conversation and language.

こんな感じで楽しい時間でした！
The event was pleasant!

今日のイベントをサポートしていたSHUZO君とは会うのは久しぶり！
彼は、今、日本と韓国の往復で相変わらず、多忙の様子。
TSUMUはMATZUのWEB SITEのマネージメントをしている。
I met Shuzo-kun, who supported today’s event!
He makes a round trip to Japan and Korea by the work of the Architects design.
I seem to be always busy.
TSUMU manages the WEB SITE of MATZU.

泉さんと鹿岡君に会いにMINOTAUR&MUGの展示会へ。
彼らのアイディアから生まれる、ウエアやシューズはとても
クールで素敵なものばかり！
I went to an exhibition of MINOTAUR&MUG to see Izumi-san and Shikaoka-kun.
These clothes and shoes that they made were very cool and wonderful!

今回のテーマは「SO GOOD TODAY」!
BEN WESTBEECHの曲のタイトルにも
なっているこのテーマを聴くだけで
既に暖かい時期が待ち遠しくなってしまうね。
This season’s theme is “SO GOOD TODAY!”
This theme becomes the music of BEN WESTBEECH.
I enjoy that spring comes to mind when I hear these words.

彼らのインスパイアとなっている
音楽やアートの要素が凝縮されていた！

お気に入りの鉛筆削りで鉛筆を削る鹿岡君。
Shikaoka-kun sharpens a pencil with her favorite pencil sharpener.
